Employers

There are hundreds of skilled jobs in demand in Australia. This list of jobs, which includes tradespeople, teachers, health employees, IT experts, managers and other professionals, will continue to grow to mirror Australia's economic development. Sourcing skilled labour locally is increasingly hard for many employers, and to encourage continued industry growth, the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship Known as "Employer Sponsorship", this visa enables a company to sponsor one or many employees in several occupations. Unlike skilled visas that take over a year to process, some employer sponsored visas take just a few weeks.
The three most common employer sponsored visas are:
(DIAC) allows companies to sponsor skilled migrants from overseas.

  • A 457 (a temporary visa that can between four months to four years in length);
  • ENS (a permanent residency visa available to migrants who have worked on  a 457 for two years or who pass certain skill tests) and
  • RSMS (for regionally based employers, giving salary concessions and also allowing permanent residency for the migrant).

Each visa has different process and forms, and we have substantial experience in all visa types and applicants, from general managers to fitters, plumbers, administrators and vets.
