Canada has a growing economy and plenty of job opportunities, which is why thousands of students from other countries successfully achieve their educational goals in there every year.
- Cost: Tuition fees and cost of living is much less than many other English-speaking countries, but the opportunities are still vast, and the education is world-class.
- Seamless post-graduation employment: There is also an in-built internship with most of the programs, which are usually paid, providing easy employment opportunities for students.
- Visa accessibility: Canada also boasts an arrangement with India called the Student Direct Steam (SDS) to provide an easily-obtainable study visa for students planning to attend participating institutions in Canada.
Rights to Work
International graduate/post-graduate students are allowed to work part-time (up to 20hrs/week) while studying in Canada.
Post-Study Stay Back
Upon graduation, you are able to apply for a stay back to freely live and work in Canada. Your stay back will depend on the length of time of your study, with a maximum of 3 years.
- Greater than 8 months = no stay back allowed
- 1 year study = 1 year open work permit
- 2+ year study = 3 year open work permit
Dependents & Family:
Partner and dependents can accompany students during study or open work permit period. Partner or Spouse will also get full time work right under the Open Work Permit category.
Settlement after study:
The Open Work Permit Visa allows you to make connections, gain valuable Canadian work experience and qualifies to apply for Permanent Residency in Canada, which we also specialise in if you require advice or assistance.
Canada’s Intakes

Average expenses in Canada
Canadian tuition and cost of living is typically lower than other parts of the world for studying abroad.
Typical price range for Canadian institutions:
Undergrad: CAD $13,000-$20,000
Post-grad/Master’s: CAD $18,000-$26,000
Doctoral: CAD $7,000-$20,000
Accommodation:
On-campus housing: CAD $8,000-$10,000/annually
Apartment share: CAD $400-$700/monthly
