While studying, international students are allowed to work part-time (20 hours) during school, and full-time (40 hours) during vacations.
After graduation, students are allowed to remain in Ireland and seek employment for 2 years. From there, you may be eligible to apply for a Green Card or Work Permit Scheme to stay longer and eventually settle
The academic year for universities in Ireland is September-June, with optional intakes in January and May for selected courses.
Requirements vary based on institutions and selected courses. Students must meet the minimum English language requirement, IELTS score of 6.5 (but may be higher for selected courses), and a minimum academic record of 65% in humanities or 70-80% for STEM courses.

Post-Grad/Master’s: €9,500 to €34,500/year
Doctoral: €9,500 to €34,500/year
Cost of living and accommodation can vary depending on the city, but average cost of on-campus housing is usually between €100-€200/week.
Rights to work & financial aid
International students are allowed to work part-time while studying in Ireland, and gain full-time hours during vacations. For more assistance there are also many scholarships available, so please get in touch if you have any questions.
